Dear guests, indulge yourself, take a moment for yourself and just ask for more of what we can give you.

Nucleus
We tried our best to create a beautifully decorated, modern and innovative, and at the same time old-fashioned and classic restaurant. If you feel any "tightness", or you have the impression that you are not dressed appropriately - forget all that right away! Surrender to our service and to what you will feel with us, because whether we serve you, your family, dear people and friends, colleagues, business partners, we want all of you to please us and give a chance to what we want to present to our Novi Sad and Serbia.
The way of service, unobtrusive approach, our sincere and professional satisfaction, ambiance, comfort, art, honesty and a kitchen that prepares food according to recipes older than our grandmothers, is what will await you in our restaurant. It is about the cuisine that developed in France during the first half of the 18th century, about the period when the craft of cooking becomes a science, philosophy, way of life, and about the time when the art of cooking grows into gastronomy. Gastronomy then reaches its zenith and sets a standard that has not been surpassed to this day. Talking about that time, we can also talk about the constant need to satisfy our taste centers, about the curiosity that makes us throughout our life to discover new pleasures to satisfy the sensitive palate, eternally unsatisfied and ever more refined... As a reminder, at that time jelly, béchamel, mayonnaise, sauces, frying, poaching, sauteing, blanching... tools and equipment that every kitchen has today began to be used, a high standard was set and created "classic" which is also our mission.
Neoclassicism
If we wanted to be precise, we would have to mention neoclassicism. During the Neoclassicism, Empress Maria Theresa granted independence to our Petrovaradin fortress. In those years, the husband of her daughter Marie Antoinette built castles, maintained the French monarchy, brought a new style, and with that style he unknowingly raised the cooking skills to a higher level and created gastronomy, so we will often use only Louis XVI instead of the word neoclassicism. Charm, elegance, sophistication, attention to detail, neatness and aesthetics - adorned the golden years before the fall of the French monarchy. In these fast times of ours, it all seems unattainable, spent, outdone, boring, but only at first glance. The truth is that we would all like to experience, at least for five minutes, all that splendor of impeccable care for every detail, which serves to distinguish things around the planet. That's exactly why we're here, so don't make yourself at home.

Why Nucleus?
We only owe an answer to the question: "Why Nucleus?"
Nucleus is the Latin name for the nucleus of a cell, the nucleus that makes up its essence, and we all know that the cell is the basic unit of structure of every living being... Every living being, on the other hand, gravitates to its essence, the primal feeling of gratitude and happiness. Let the scientists continue to deal with these questions, and we are here to try, in a sophisticated way, to bring you at least for a second closer to those elementary aspirations - through food - which is a kind of rush to the essence. Tastes, recipes, methods of preparation and serving, but also the attitude towards this calling. We want to touch the most delicious core of the gastronomic appeal. Inspired by the time when gastronomy was the most materially independent, when it was given the most love, attention and effort, food roads, cobbled form and paths of essence, we take you on an exciting journey, to feel colors, tastes, smells, hear music, people together. To get to the core, the essence, of this art... We will not go far, we will stay right here under the Petrovaradin Fortress, in Molinari Park, in a building that was first a railway station, then a post office, and today is a restaurant. You do not need a ticket for this trip. You only need to stay on the chair you are sitting on, the trip lasts as long as you want, and you only need to take your senses with you as luggage...
